The Costa Rican Passports

it's very funny to see this officer in the small border point of "Calafat" in Baulgaria, looking at Johanna's and my passport, both from Costa Rica

This is a piece of the series "Road trip to Bulgaria". Basically it documents, a journey some friends and I did during the christmas holidays of 2008. I was from Berlin to the Rila mountains in Bulgaria, going through the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. It was great to experience the other face of Europe.
